• Fridays, Saturdays, certain holidays, and special events may require a two night minimum stay.
• All rooms include complimentary breakfast served in our sun porch room between 8:00 and 9:30 AM daily.
• Please inform us at time of reservation of any dietary or allergy considerations.
• Reservations office is open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
• Reservations are confirmed with advance deposit equal to one night’s stay. For stays of two days or more, deposit is 50% of total room charge.
• Applicable city and state taxes are not included in published rates.
• Major credit cards, travelers and bank checks, and cash accepted.
• Rates are subject to change without notice.

• $25.00 cancellation/processing fee will be charged.
• Cancellation must be made a minimum of fourteen (14) days in advance of scheduled arrival or advance deposit will be forfeited if room is not re-rented for each night reserved.

• Check-in: between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
• Special arrangements MUST be made in advance for arrivals later than 8:00 PM.

Take Route #195 or Route #495 to Route #25 and cross the Bourne Bridge. Follow Route #6 East after crossing the bridge and continue to exit #6. Take the exit ramp to the right onto Rte. 132. Continue to 3rd stoplight which is Phinney's Lane and turn right. Continue on Phinney's Lane into Centerville (you will cross Rte. 28) until you come to a stop sign. Bear left past yellow house onto Main Street. Continue on Main Street to the 1st stoplight which is South Main Street. Bear right and Long Dell Inn is a half a block down on right side of street.

From Boston and North:

Take Route #3 and cross Sagamore Bridge. Follow Route 6 to Exit #6. Follow the previous directions.
