Welcome to the Historic Banning Mills Bed and Breakfast, Country Inn and Executive Retreat, a place where beautiful scenery, luxurious accommodations, and warm Country hospitality are blended into a truly unforgettable experience. 
The Inn Historic Banning Mills is the ideal combination of Service, Surroundings, and Amenities.  Our professional staff offers a personalized 4-star approach to service, tempered with genuine Southern Hospitality.  We believe attention to detail should be the rule not the exception.
The resort is just 45-minutes southwest of Atlanta Georgia, in the quiet rural town of Whitesburg. Historic Banning Mills sits on 88-sprawling acres surrounded by rolling Georgia countryside.  Banning Mills is a tranquil mountain like setting where you can escape from life’s pressures.
All of our spacious guest suites are beautifully decorated and well appointed.  Our rooms were specially designed to help you unwind, relax, and renew your spirit. Our special design includes features like double Jacuzzi-jet tubs in the main room, and gas fireplaces to help calm and soothe. Each suite enjoys a spectacular view of the Snake Creek from its private deck. All of our large guest suites have a queen size bed, and a comfortable sitting area with couch, and glider rocker. The couch pulls out into a queen size bed if needed. In addition, we have included, coffee maker, refrigerator, color cable TV, & phones for your comfort and convenience.


Rates and Packages
Bed and Breakfast:  Package includes a deluxe guest suite, full breakfast in the morning for two, and free use of our beautiful facilities. $149.00 per room per night.
Romantic Get-away:  You receive a deluxe guest suite, romantic candlelight dinner, full breakfast in the morning, and use of our facilities. $199.00 per couple.
Great Escape Weekend:  You receive a deluxe guest suite for two nights. Candlelight dinner for one night, breakfast both mornings, and free use of the facilities. $299.00
Day Meeting Package:  Includes Meeting room, continuous coffee break, Basic A/V (overhead w/ screen & flip chart), Deli lunch. $65.00 per person per day.
Executive Retreat:  Includes day meeting package, plus Deluxe guest suite, full American plan (breakfast, lunch & dinner), And full use of the resorts facilities.  $245.00 per person per day.
Special Events:  We host a variety of special events including, Weddings, family reunions, office functions, pool parties, & church retreats.

Our Lodge dining room will seat 50 people, and our Chef can prepare virtually anything. From “Country” to “Gourmet”, our Food & Beverage staff can accommodate even the most discriminating taste. Breakfast truly is the most important meal of the day, all our guests receive a full breakfast in the morning. Our hearty Country breakfasts include favorites like hickory smoked honey ham & eggs, with homemade biscuits and gravy. If you would prefer something a little lighter, we always have fresh fruit, yogurt, and our own homemade granola on hand.

We offer miles of wooded hiking trails, Olympic size pool, tennis, basketball, Volleyball, 18-hole miniature golf course, workout facility, and game room.

Not enough to do? How about a splash in the pool or hitting the Links? There are three Championship golf courses nearby, and we would be happy to make a tee-time for you. Still not worn out? 6-Flags over Georgia is just 40-minutes from the resort.

Historic Banning Mills offers the perfect setting for your next corporate retreat, or day meeting. Banning Mills state of the art facility, spectacular scenery, and a professional staff are dedicated to making your meeting a success. And the resort is only 45-minutes from Atlanta’s airport. So, getting in and out is a snap. “45-minutes & a million miles away”.

Our main conference room (Pates Mill) can comfortably accommodate 60-people in “conference seating”, format, and 100-people in “theater seating”. The Boardroom, and the Library both seat 10 to 12 people each. The Great room is ideal for receptions or just lounging around.

Our facility has 14-sleeping suites for overnight guests. All are beautifully decorated and nicely appointed. We also have access to 5-four bedroom cabins adjacent to our conference resort for added flexibility.

It is amazing what a little peace and quiet can do when you need to tackle today’s tough corporate challenges. And when you are ready for a break, we have plenty of options. 

The main lodge has three dedicated meeting rooms, and over 3,800 sq.ft. of meeting space. In addition we have several multi-use rooms to ensure maximum flexibility, and impact.
