• Children: In an effort to provide a quiet relaxing atmosphere, please consult with Charlene if you wish to bring a child under 12 who would be happy in this type of environment.
• Room rates are for double occupancy (one bed) Each additional person is $15.00
• Two bedroom suites accommodate four. Each additional person is $15.00
• Deposit: A deposit of $30.00 per room per night is required to hold the room, not to exceed first night stay.
• Cancellation Policy: If canceled within 14 days guest pays full room rates. This is applied as a credit towards guest stay at a later date. If room is rented, a refund can be given minus a $30.00 deposit.
• For the safety and consideration of others, all rooms are non-smoking and pet free. Sitting areas available on the grounds for our smoking guests. Pet kennel located across the street for a small fee. Must call for a kennel space. 
• Check-in: 3:00 P.M.-6:00 P.M.
• Check-out: 11:00 A.M.
• Please call if special arrangements need to be made if arriving before 3:00 P.M. or after 6:00 P.M. 

Dear Gary and Charlene...Just got back to San Diego and absolutely had to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at your B&B. We really did not want to leave, but had to get back to work so we can see you again. This was a second visit with you and it will not be our last. Your hospitality,relaxed atmosphere in the INN, the outstanding and bountiful breakfasts along with everything else you offer made our vacation so very enjoyable. The Shakespeare Festival was a bonus. I do not think I can find the words to  describe the way my wife and I feel about Amid Summer's Inn. You offer your guests so much more than just a room and breakfast. You make your guests feel so very relaxed. You go out of your way to assist with dinner reservations at the fine restaurants in the area including directions on how to get to these fine eating establishments. The atmosphere you create is that of being very welcomed and it makes my wife and I feel special. You and Gary are very special people and make everyone feel more like family than your guests. We give you a five star rating and highly recommend Amid Summer's Inn to any and all that will be coming to Cedar City for any of the annual events that take place.
